Designing QuillBot to work wherever you write
QuillBot is an incredible startup in Jaipur (Rajasthan), that is doing some brilliant work in the writing space. As a designer, I have always enjoyed (and felt most motivated) to work in areas that I find exciting and meaningful. During fall 2022, I got the pleasure to work as a Product Designer at QuillBot, with some of the most fun and passionate people you could find.
This is a story on my contributions to QuillBot’s mission of “Making writing painless”.

UX/Product Designer — led design across mobile, keyboard, extensions
Bringing a massive web paraphraser into constrained platforms while ensuring consistency.
Crafting a consistent experience across keyboard and floating widget.
Redesigning flows to build trust, handle tough permissions, and boost adoption.
Bridging gaps and standardising design execution with Figma
Centralizing content workflows and governance across teams with QuillBot CMS
Reduced auto-correct friction and improved grammar check speed for ESL users.
When I joined QuillBot, it was clear that I wasn’t just designing features—I was shaping the way users interact with AI to enhance their writing. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to design for multiple platforms, iterate based on user feedback, and grow alongside a product that’s transforming the way people communicate. From crafting an intuitive Android app to leading the development of a seamless Safari extension, my journey has been one of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
